Job Description

This Conveyancing Legal Secretary position involves various tasks, including:

  • Auditing and copy typing letters, legal forms, and quotes
  • Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner
  • Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details
  • Filing correspondence and ensuring files are kept up-to-date
  • Arranging appointments and dealing with clients
  • Accessing and inputting data on the firm's client case management system

The successful candidate will work as part of a team with other secretarial colleagues and handle confidential information discreetly. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
