About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Secretary to join our Clinical Administration Unit at Maidstone Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your exceptional secretarial skills, experience with Microsoft packages, and excellent communication skills will be invaluable assets.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, where being a team player and having a flexible approach to duties are essential. Knowledge and experience within the health sector would be beneficial but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of general education (to GCSE/A Level) or equivalent experience, as well as a secretarial and audio-wordprocessing qualification to at least RSA3/advanced level certificate. Previous secretarial experience and significant experience of dealing with the public are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
