Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Jo Holdsworth Recruitment in Leeds and Harrogate. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and Greet: Greet all members and visitors, providing a professional and friendly welcome.
  • Customer Service: Handle and manage customer queries, including service requests, post and deliveries, and meeting room enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: In charge of any deliveries or orders to go out to members, working closely with a Customer Host to set up meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and up to standards.
  • Booking and Organisation: Book meetings and taxis for members or visitors as required, and organise events, helping with setup and welcoming members.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Site Manager on building status, feedback, and any concerns from visitors or members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Has worked in a customer service environment and has reception/administration experience.
  • Personality: Well-presented, mature, and professional, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with a range of customers.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Motivation: Keen to learn and highly motivated, with strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
