We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Development: Identify and develop suppliers to support our strategic sourcing organization in driving incremental performance in supplier quality, delivery, price, and service.
- Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify and prioritize opportunities for execution, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Cost Reduction: Identify process cost drivers and opportunities for cost reduction, and develop cost estimations and present cost gaps to key stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Review APQP documentation, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Gage R&R, and process capabilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Travel: 25% to 50% domestic and international travel may be required.
- Education: Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation, with a focus on supplier development, process improvement, and quality assurance.
- Skills: Data analytics, cost estimation, cost breakdown analysis, and clean sheet methodologies.
