School Administrator Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at PP Associates Ltd as a School Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for supporting education, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the teaching staff and senior leaders in maintaining accurate student records and generating reports using SIMS and SISRA.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the school's administrative operations, including managing post, photocopying, and filing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and external agencies.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, such as generous holiday entitlement and access to training and development opportunities.
