About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of multitasking and adaptability.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Should have previous experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery (minimum 2 specialisms)
  • Will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Sound communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated computer skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
