Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyse user behaviour using web analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, enhance performance, and report on core metrics.
- Support the rollout of the ecommerce development and conversion rate optimisation roadmap.
- Manage the website through Shopify, update products, content, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with the Brand Manager to maintain a data-driven trading and campaign calendar.
- Proven ecommerce experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem and web analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key trends and insights.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and SEO best practices.
