The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and effective service to our young people, assessing their needs, and planning and working purposefully with them to achieve positive outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with our young people, their networks, and professionals to manage risk, safeguard young people, and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and enable young people to make a successful transition to adulthood through practical and planned interventions.
  • Provide a relationship-based service that works collaboratively with our young people, centred around their needs, and responds in a timely manner within statutory guidelines.
  • Work with our young people, their networks, and professionals to manage risk, safeguard young people, and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within the Leaving Care Service.
  • Local Authority / Public Sector experience.
