CT Lead Radiographer Opportunity
Nuffield Health, a leading healthcare charity, is seeking a skilled CT Lead Radiographer to join our Radiology Team at The Manor Hospital in Oxford.
About the Role
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of CT, ensuring optimal use of staffing and equipment resources.
- Lead the CT team in providing a high-quality patient-focused service, promoting professional development and excellence in imaging.
- Implement protocols and stay up-to-date with advancements in CT imaging, driving innovation and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the Radiology Team to ensure seamless integration of CT services with other departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in CT scanning, with a strong understanding of UK legislation and governing bodies related to Radiology.
- Postgraduate qualification or relevant clinical experience in CT desirable.
- Certificate in intravenous administration and cannulation is desirable.
- Post-registration experience in Cardiac CT Scanning is desirable.
