CT Lead Radiographer Opportunity

Nuffield Health, a leading healthcare charity, is seeking a skilled CT Lead Radiographer to join our team at The Manor Hospital in Oxford. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day running of CT services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate CT services, including staffing, equipment, and patient flow.
  • Develop and implement protocols for CT imaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide professional leadership to the CT team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in CT imaging and technology, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, with current HCPC registration.
  • Proven experience in CT imaging, with a strong understanding of UK legislation and governing bodies.
  • Postgraduate qualification or relevant clinical experience in CT desirable.
  • Certificate in intravenous administration and cannulation desirable.
  • Post-registration experience in Cardiac CT Scanning desirable.
