CT Lead Radiographer Opportunity

Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Lead Radiographer to join our Radiology Team.

About the Role

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the CT department, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment.
  • Lead the CT team in providing high-quality patient-focused services, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain protocols for CT imaging, staying up-to-date with advancements in the field.
  • Collaborate with the Radiology Team to ensure seamless integration of services and optimal patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent, with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in CT imaging, with a strong understanding of UK legislation and governing bodies related to radiology.
  • Postgraduate qualification or relevant clinical experience in CT desirable.
  • Certificate in intravenous administration and cannulation is desirable.
  • Post-registration experience in Cardiac CT Scanning is desirable.
