Clinical Support Worker Position

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service by acting as a role model and consistently demonstrating the trust's 'PRIDE' values.
Requirements and Qualifications
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grade A-D or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with people/team.
- Previous health/social care support worker experience.
Compensation and Benefits
£23,615 per annum (pro rata). We offer flexible working arrangements, including various shift patterns and hybrid working arrangements, subject to business needs.
