About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Community Care Specialist to provide support to a young adult with learning disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist our client with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • To transport our client to and from appointments, using their manual car.
  • To promote independence and confidence in our client, encouraging them to engage in their community.
Requirements

We require a Support Worker with at least 6 months' experience in the care sector, supporting individuals with complex needs. A valid UK driving licence and ability to drive a manual car are essential.
