Executive Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Commercial Recruitment. As an Executive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales by conducting outbound and receiving incoming sales calls with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote and sell our full product range.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and market growth.
- Manage customer database, making regular contact with current customers and developing leads to acquire new customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and present business cases to the Sales Manager for review and approval.
- Negotiate trading agreements with new distribution partners.
- Provide sales reports and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Strong sales skills and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
