About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bloomcare Group Limited. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Participate in care planning and review, ensuring individualized care plans are in place
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Care
  • Experience in the safe handling of medicines
  • Working knowledge of current Person Centred Care planning practice and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
