About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bloomcare Group Limited. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Participate in care planning and review, ensuring individualized care plans are in place
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Care
- Experience in the safe handling of medicines
- Working knowledge of current Person Centred Care planning practice and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
