Job Title: Customer Service Field Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Field Advisor in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in a face-to-face setting
  • Drive to various locations to conduct surveys and gather feedback
  • Use a laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and be self-disciplined and self-motivated
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license and owned car
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check and obtain business car insurance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant respondents
Benefits:
