Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at ATC Live. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Management Accountant and Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and process financial transactions on QuickBooks, internal spreadsheets, and booking software.
  • Manage purchase ledger entries, process and distribute artist statements, and make payments to artists.
  • Chase outstanding deposits and contact external promoters to resolve financial queries.
  • Assist in resolving financial queries from artist statements and assist the Management Accountant on ad-hoc reports.
  • Process employee expense claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Management Accountant and Finance Director.
Requirements
  • Strong data entry skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy, especially in Excel, with adaptability to learn new software systems.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial but not essential.
  • Prior 12 months experience preferable and/or currently studying towards CIMA/ACCA/AAT qualification.
Working Arrangements

Monday – Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working: Tues-Thurs in the office.

Salary

Dependent on experience.
