Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Austrian Sales Team. As a German speaker, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the Austrian market and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
* Create pipeline within Austria using demand gen and prospecting tools
* Find new opportunities and quickly develop rapport with new clients
* Explore & identify new opportunities in new accounts and/or buying centres
* Qualify these opportunities by deep diving into pain point and how Splunk can solve for it and applying the Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline methodology
* Research and present business intelligence about customers and prospects
* Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold calling
* Travel occasionally for training and/or meetings

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in selling or generating demand for enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or similar)
* Experience within the Austrian market OR genuine interest to understand the specifics of Austrian organisations/customers
* Fluency in German and English language, both written and spoken
* Ability to analyse business data to tell a compelling and actionable story
* CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
* Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of creating their own success
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* High energy and contagious optimism
* Confidence in handling of objections and conflict
* Task prioritization, discipline, and accountability

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, plus benefits including healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, wellbeing expense reimbursement, and much more. Additionally, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
