Role Overview

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. This role is hybrid with travel across the UK, including overnight stays three to four times a week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment and integration of the Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across the company's services. They will work closely with operational teams, implementation managers, and service managers to ensure a seamless implementation process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for operational teams, implementation managers, and service managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and coaching to staff on new processes and systems, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of customers.
  • Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and implementation managers to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges.
  • Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible with travel and working hours

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
