Job Title: Head of History Department

Location: Redhill Academy Trust

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead our History department and contribute to the faculty's success. As Head of History, you will be responsible for driving the department forward, developing curriculum, and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the History department and develop curriculum to meet the needs of students
  • Mentor and support History teachers to improve teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Contribute to the development of the faculty's strategic plan
