Senior Mortgage Business Development Manager

K2 FX is a financial services firm that is expanding to create an integrated financial services group, including mortgages, insurance, foreign exchange, and wealth management. We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Mortgage Broker who will have the autonomy to build and scale their book of clients from the ground up with the full support of our leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to be part of an exciting venture with the potential to hold equity in the mortgage division as well as the larger group company.
The RoleAs a Mortgage Broker, you will drive the growth of the business, nurture client relationships, and leverage cross-selling opportunities across our various divisions. You will also have the freedom and autonomy to build and lead your own team.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for:
- Growing your client book
- Building and growing the mortgage division by driving business development and client acquisition
- Providing expert mortgage advice to a diverse range of clients
- Collaborating with other divisions to maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Developing and managing a team of mortgage brokers over time
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
We offer a highly competitive commission structure, equity ownership in the mortgage division, and cross-selling opportunities across our various divisions. You will also receive full support from our group company in terms of marketing, administration, and business development.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on an equity stake and build long-term value.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified mortgage broker with a solid track record. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and client relationship skills, and the ability to work independently with a focus on business growth.
You should also be ambitious and have a desire to take on an equity stake and build long-term value.
Job Type and SalaryThis is a full-time position with a salary of £60,000 per year, plus commission pay. The job type is hybrid remote in London.
