About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Waiting List Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Devon University Hospital. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care and ensuring that all administrative processes and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring waiting lists to ensure that treatment pathways are accurate and up-to-date
  • Booking appointments for procedures from waiting lists, ensuring that they are offered in a timely manner in line with waiting times targets
  • Liaising with other health services to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Assisting and supporting other members of the administrative team across the department or division

Working Pattern
