Job Details

As a Senior Teaching Assistant at Teaching Vacancies, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cover lessons and support teachers in the classroom, ensuring that students make outstanding progress.
  • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and deliver work to a whole group, with resources provided by the class teacher.
  • Offer individual and small group interventions to support students' needs, working closely with subject leads to ensure high-quality support.
  • Participate in a full programme of induction and continued professional development, ensuring you are confident in fulfilling this role and able to pursue further professional development.
