Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Advisor to join our team at Colleges of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our training providers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of education quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic advice and guidance to our training providers to enhance their teaching and learning effectiveness, leadership strategy, and management practice.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of rules and procedures governing Colleges of Excellence tendering and contract processes, ensuring compliance with internal and governmental regulations in KSA.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development of technical proposals, bids, and solutions to ensure Colleges of Excellence can respond quickly and effectively to business opportunities.
  • Operational Support: Support the wider operations of Colleges of Excellence through close cooperation with inter-departmental teams.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Quality Improvement: Support colleges in the development of Quality Improvement plans to enhance their education and training quality.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct regular site visits to training providers to monitor the delivery of training quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management: Monitor colleges' performance, maintain up-to-date data and reporting, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets for colleges.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with Colleges of Excellence colleges, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably related to the aviation industry).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the TVET sector, with industry experience related to the aviation sector being highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong work ethics, organizational and time management skills, problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and ability to interact with employees and college staff/management in a professional manner.
