Head Sommelier Opportunity

Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Sommelier to lead our team of sommeliers. As a Head Sommelier, you will be responsible for maximizing beverage profit, taking advantage of every selling opportunity to optimize sales, and meeting with different wine suppliers to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
