Job Title: Commis Chef

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at Surya Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients to the highest standards, maintaining exceptional hygiene and health & safety, and assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients to standards set by the Head Chef
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and health & safety
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Run designated sections throughout the kitchen
Requirements:
  • Passion for food and commitment to producing amazing dishes for our guests
  • Vibrant and hard-working attitude
  • Good culinary knowledge and skills
