About the Role

We are seeking two Business Development Advisors to join our Distribution team at Marsden Building Society. As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting the Marsden brand with new and existing brokers, managing and developing business relationships with our partners, and contributing to the growth of the Society's intermediary base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote the Marsden brand with new and existing brokers
  • Manage and develop business relationships with our partners
  • Contribute to the growth of the Society's intermediary base
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship building skills and commercial acumen
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to internal stakeholders and partners
