Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5-10 Field Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and growth in your region.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of your team.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales Executives, Retailers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
