  • Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills of your team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with Field Sales Executives, Retailers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
