About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Partner to join our team at Starling Bank. As an Operational Excellence Partner, you will play a key role in identifying, implementing, and managing strategic work streams of improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work streams end-to-end, from identifying issues to designing and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root cause, and issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Act as Operations lead on various initiatives, coordinating with business areas to shape and influence the delivery of change.
  • Help define and execute the operational strategy to support our growth and customer needs.
  • Create operating models, processes, and controls for all aspects of Operations.
  • Review and maintain Confluence pages and other sources of information, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate changes and updates clearly and timely to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A self-starter with initiative and a passion for customer service and process improvement.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work at a senior level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with experience collaborating and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience designing and implementing scalable policies and processes.
