Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Delegate Sales Executive to join our team at Step Ahead Recruitment Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative environment and provides valuable experience in B2B sales and the events industry.

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for researching, qualifying, and converting assigned leads. You will build and manage a sales pipeline through phone and email outreach, provide essential admin support to the sales team, and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong desire to learn in the B2B sales industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport, and a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a passion for technology and curiosity about the cybersecurity landscape is a plus, and excellent time management skills.
