Job Summary

We are seeking a Pre-School Inclusion Practitioner to join our team at The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd. As a SEN 1:1 Learning Facilitator, you will provide tailored support to an individual child, helping them access the curriculum and make progress towards their learning goals.

This is a fixed-term contract for immediate start until the end of the academic year. You will work approximately 12 hours per week during term time, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of the child and the Pre-School setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, with experience supporting children with special educational needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to an assigned child, focusing on their individual needs and learning goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized learning plans, working closely with the Pre-School team.
  • Maintain accurate records of the child's progress, using data to inform future planning and support.
  • Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN support and early years education.
  • Support the smooth running of the Pre-School setting, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:
