Job Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Commercial Counsel in our growing legal team at AlphaSense. This position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated company that relies on market intelligence and search solutions built on proven AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the AlphaSense privacy compliance function;
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Information Security, Product, and Content teams to achieve high-growth goals;
  • Assist in creating and enhancing playbooks for privacy and data protection;
  • Provide legal and strategic business advice to ensure agreements align with internal policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified lawyer admitted to practice law in the UK;
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial software and technology subscription agreements;
  • Proven ability to review and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Services Agreements, SOWs, Service Level Agreements, Orders Forms, NDAs, etc.;
  • Experience with contract management systems, information security, intellectual property, and/or financial services is a plus.

Salary: £95,000 - £130,000 per annum depending on experience.
