We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Link Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are vulnerable and in need of support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide short-term outreach support to individuals who are navigating the criminal justice system, including referring them to relevant services, accompanying them to appointments, and engaging them in one-to-one work to support their wellbeing and personal goals.
- Contribute to the management of risk for the individual, including raising safeguarding concerns for risk to self, others, or from others.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to individuals and their families.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in the criminal justice system and delivering mental health services. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of peer support and service user leadership, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
