Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, delivering sales growth, and maximising brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including top 4 grocers across your territory.
  • Deliver sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Maximise brand awareness through in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
