Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).

The role involves delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 1 & 2 classes or providing tailored support to SEN pupils, ensuring an inclusive and accessible learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and support services to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Work closely with fellow teachers and teaching assistants to implement individual learning plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience teaching/supporting in Key Stage 1 & 2, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also demonstrate a strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching practices.
