About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Holroyds. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Conduct property valuations and listing presentations
- Monitor and control branch expenses
What We Offer:
A competitive OTE of £40,000 - £60,000 with uncapped commission, clear career progression, industry-leading training and development opportunities, company car or car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Full UK driving license
