Join Our Team as a Valuation Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Christie & Co. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for surveying and valuing properties and trading businesses across the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveying and valuing properties and trading businesses to determine value
  • Developing and maintaining a network of key contacts, including operators, solicitors, accountants, and other professional bodies
  • Generating business through email, telephone, individual initiatives, and other marketing
  • Using and diligently maintaining the Christie & Co CRM database of contacts, properties, and projects

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of accounts and leases
  • Ability to work in accordance with the Data Protection Act and adhere to all other company policies and procedures
