Associate Partner Surveyor Job in Birmingham

Join Hunter Dunning Limited, a leading real estate and property consultancy, as an Associate Partner Surveyor in our Birmingham office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer to lead our rural surveying team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the acquisition, valuation, and advice for clients in the rural sector
  2. Develop new business opportunities, tenders, and foster strong client relationships
  3. Conduct valuations on rural land and property, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  4. Negotiate compensation claims with clients and stakeholders
  5. Manage and mentor the wider surveying team, providing guidance and support
  6. Travel across the region as required to meet with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  1. Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer qualification, essential
  2. Proven experience in rural surveying, infrastructure, or similar sectors
  3. Line management experience in a similar role, with a track record of success
  4. Business development and client-facing experience, with a strong network of contacts
  5. Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record
