Job Title: Associate Partner Rural Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Associate Partner to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our rural surveying team, you will be responsible for conducting valuations on rural land and property, negotiating compensation claims, and managing and mentoring the wider surveying team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct valuations on rural land and property
* Negotiation of compensation claims
* Management and mentoring of the wider surveying team
* Travel across the region as and when required

Requirements:

* Experience in Rural, Infrastructure, or similar
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Car allowance of £5,300
* Holiday of 27 days, plus ability to buy more
* Enhanced pension scheme and life assurance
* Private health insurance
