Exciting Opportunity for a Buildings Surveyor / Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buildings Surveyor / Valuer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a RICS regulated and approved firm of valuers and appraisers, we provide a director-led valuation service with a track record of delivering independent and impartial advice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients. They will work at all stages of projects, from inception to completion, and report directly to the Business Owners and Head of Buildings, taking responsibility for overall work completed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake Reinstatement Cost Assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients
  • Work at all stages of projects, from inception to completion
  • Report directly to the Business Owners and Head of Buildings
Requirements
  • RICS or CABE/CIOB qualification
  • Experience of Commercial valuation / Buildings Surveying
  • Driving License
