About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Strativ Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during the new product introduction phase.
  • Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes for new products.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide quality input to ensure manufacturability and reliability of new products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, quality tools, and techniques.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to support regular domestic and international travel to suppliers/customers.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent engineering education qualifications or experience.
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and product development.
  • Auditor training to ISO 9001.
