Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle breakdowns and renewals for our clients. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service while carrying out day-to-day administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency.



About the Role



In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to our clients while handling breakdowns and renewals. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within agreed timescales.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • To provide excellent customer service to our clients via various channels
  • To handle breakdowns and renewals in a professional and efficient manner
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tasks
  • To work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
