About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

About You:

  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Preferably, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the UK health and social care sector.
  • You will be a team player who is driven to deliver excellent customer service and make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £11.58 per hour, with the possibility of up to £12.88 per hour for evening and weekend hours.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and a company pension.
