We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex needs.

Working in a range of settings, including community and in-home care, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting the independence and well-being of our clients.

We are committed to providing our care team with the training and clinical support needed to excel in their roles. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others.

The successful candidate will have a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and their families. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. No prior experience in care is necessary, as we are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

The role offers a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, with a range of benefits including maternity/paternity leave, pension scheme, paid annual leave, and refer a friend scheme.
