Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Aacute Ward Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our acute ward, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and treatment.
About Us
The Priory Group is a leading provider of independent mental health services in the UK. We offer a range of treatment programs for adults and adolescents with complex mental health needs, including eating disorders, addiction services, and child and adolescent mental health services.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions for patients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work)
- Significant experience in a leadership or management position within the mental health sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
