As a CBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and therapists to deliver high-quality treatment programmes.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, flexible, and an excellent team-player, with strong communication skills and the ability to work within an MDT.
We offer a competitive salary range of £38,000 to £48,000 per annum, or £55-£60 per hour for sessional work. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including DBS disclosure assistance, as well as opportunities for professional development through our CPD programme.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CBT or Integrative Therapist to join our existing team, providing therapy on a group and individual basis to adult day patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a mixture of group therapy and 1:1 sessions to patients suffering from common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and ADHD.
- Work across multiple service lines, including private adult acute inpatient wards, NHS partnership wards, and private and corporate outpatient services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, using outcome measures and working knowledge of at least one other therapy modality.
