We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior leaders, manage complex projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our global Regulatory Affairs function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide calendar and travel management to assigned senior leaders
  • Run specific functional initiatives, including maintaining intranet pages, databases, and distribution lists
  • Support functional communication and sharing platforms, including coordination and management of communication and information sharing initiatives
  • Coordinate specific functional and operational information, including reports and databases
  • Prepare and submit General Service Agreements and manage Purchase Orders or Task Orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or administrative school certificate preferred
  • Successful experience as an Administrative Assistant and other project or departmental coordination activities
  • Well-organized, excellent time management, and strong prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint
