We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our busy Restaurant, Bar & Wine teams at THE PIG.

This is a rare opportunity to join the group in an influential senior role, with future progression pathways to Deputy General Manager and Hotel Director.

At THE PIG, we offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations within budget and to the highest brand standards.

Leading the restaurant, bar and wine team by attracting, recruiting, training and creating development paths for the team.

The role will have a strong focus on the development and growth of the HOD team and will be responsible for supporting, overseeing and co-ordinating the operation between Bar, Restaurant and Wine.

Monitoring guest feedback, resolving issues, and striving to continuously improve the overall Restaurant experience for our guests.

You will be commercially minded and entrepreneurial, being able to spot opportunities and act swiftly.
