Risk Management Specialist

As a Senior Risk Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will play a key role in delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and contributing to the creation of a prosperous society.
Our business is looking for a client-facing Risk Consultant with experience in consulting on Construction Infrastructure projects, and liaising with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Implement and Support Integrated Risk Management: Develop and implement an integrated risk management strategy across major capital programs or projects.
- Lead Risk Commissions: Manage teams and oversee the implementation of risk management strategies.
- Monitor Risk Exposure: Assess and monitor overall risk exposure, ensuring alignment with remaining risk budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain: Work with contractors to assess responsibility risks and their views on client risks that could impact project delivery.
- Produce and Present Risk Reports: Develop and present timely, fit-for-purpose risk reports to support effective communication of threat and opportunity status.
- Conduct Quantitative Risk Assessments: Inform project contingency and time risk allowance levels using tools such as @risk, Safran, PRA, or similar.
- Present Key Risk Findings: Present risk findings to clients, including assurance of supply chain risk management performance.
- Commission Management and Risk Service Development: Develop and deliver risk services, including commission management.
- Strong Knowledge of Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Assessments: Demonstrate expertise in QRSA's and QRCA's, and experience with software such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @risk, and Safran.
- Developing and Implementing Integrated Risk Management Solutions: Develop a working understanding of integrated risk management solutions across portfolios, programs, and projects.
- Risk and Scenario Analysis Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate risk and scenario analysis workshops.
- Strong Understanding of Project Controls Methodology: Demonstrate a strong understanding of project controls methodology and risk management interactions.
- Experience in Senior Management Engagement: Engage with senior management on risk management.
- IRM/APM Risk Certified: Preference given to IRM/APM risk certified candidates.
