Risk Management Specialist

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an effective enterprise-wide risk management framework across our organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of the Group Risk Management Framework, promoting a strong risk culture, and providing support and challenge to risk owners on risk and controls assessments.
You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering training to enhance business understanding of risk management, overseeing our risk and control self-assessment process, and maintaining our risk register. Additionally, you will provide risk input into our Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment process and assist with the production of our Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years' experience in a UK-regulated Financial Services environment, with at least 3 years' experience in a risk-focused role. You will also need to have a comprehensive understanding of a risk framework, with experience in embedding, and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of up to \u00a370,000 DOE, a starting holiday entitlement of 27 days, increasing up to 31 days with length of service, and a range of benefits including a choice of pension schemes with matched contributions up to 8%, discretionary bonus scheme, and annual free share awards scheme.
